01What we collect

Only what an order actually needs:

• your WhatsApp name and phone number, and the messages you send us;
• your email address, if you ask for delivery by email;
• what you ordered, what you paid, and when;
• a payment reference or receipt;
• anything you send us for a warranty claim — usually a photo of your screen.

We do not ask for your own PlayStation account password, and you should never send it to us or to anyone else. The setup works the other way round: we send you access, you never hand us yours.

02What the website collects

Nothing. There is no sign-up, no login, no basket and no cookie banner, because there are no cookies to consent to. We run no analytics and no advertising pixels, so we genuinely do not know who visited or what they looked at.

Our hosting provider keeps ordinary server logs — IP address, page requested, time — which every website has and which exist to keep the site up and to stop abuse. They are not used to build a profile of you.

03Third parties the page touches

Being honest about this matters more than claiming a perfect score:

• Google Fonts. The typefaces on this site load from Google’s servers, which means Google sees your IP address when a page loads. We do not receive anything from them in return.
• WhatsApp. Tapping any WhatsApp button hands you over to WhatsApp, which is run by Meta. Your conversation with us lives there under Meta’s own terms and privacy policy, not ours.
• Our hosting provider, which stores the site and its server logs.

That is the complete list. No advertising networks, no data brokers, no tracking pixels.

04Why we keep it

• To deliver your order.
• To honour the lifetime warranty. A warranty is only as good as the record of your order, which is why that record is the one thing we keep for a long time.
• To answer you when you come back with a question.
• Because tax and accounting rules require records of sales to be kept.

05Who else sees it

• WhatsApp, which carries the messages.
• The payment service you pay through, which sees the payment itself.
• A government authority, if the law obliges us to hand something over.

Nobody else. We do not sell, rent or trade your details, and we do not add you to a marketing list you did not ask to be on.

06How long we keep it

Order records are kept for as long as the warranty on that order runs — which is indefinitely — plus whatever period the accounting rules require. That is deliberate: it is what lets us honour a claim years later without asking you to prove anything.

Conversations that never became an order are cleared out periodically.

07Your choices

Message us and you can:

• ask for a copy of what we hold about you;
• ask us to correct something that is wrong;
• ask us to delete it.

One honest caveat on deletion: deleting an order record ends the warranty on that order, because the record is the warranty. We will tell you that before we delete anything, and the choice stays yours.

08Keeping it safe

Order records are held on devices only we can get into, and access details are sent to you directly rather than stored anywhere public. No system is perfect. If something ever went wrong in a way that affected you, we would tell you rather than hope you did not notice.

09Children

The shop is for adults — you must be 18 or older to order. We do not knowingly keep the details of children. If a child has messaged us, tell us and we will delete it.

10Changes and contact

If this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it. Anything you want to ask about your data goes to the same place as everything else: WhatsApp +965 4122 9654.
