A surreal version of the Pacific Northwest, sealed off and full of things that should not happen. You go in on a run, gather what you need, and try to reach the exit before the storm closes.

The car is the character

It takes damage panel by panel, picks up quirks — a door that opens when you brake, headlights that come on when you turn — and you have to diagnose them yourself in the garage.

Every run is one-way

Fuel, parts and time are all against you, and anomalies behave in ways you have to learn rather than be told. Deciding when to turn back is the skill.

A garage to come home to

Between excursions you repair, upgrade and reinforce the wagon, and slowly pull apart a mystery about what the Zone actually is.
