Mortal Kombat at its most technically confident, with a fighting system that rewards patience and a presentation still unmatched in the genre.

Make the fighter yours

Custom Variations let you choose which special moves and gear a character brings, so two players on the same fighter can play completely different games.

The story mode is the reason

NetherRealm's cinematic campaigns are the best in fighting games, and this one carries the saga forward with time travel and a great deal of nonsense played entirely straight.

Every hit lands

The graphics engine puts you close enough to the fight to regret it, with the Krypt, towers and online modes filling out the rest.
