Dimensional invaders arrive, Louisa is taken, and Kaser is left with an unlikely ally and a great deal of anger.

Fight how you like

Combat is easy to pick up and difficult to be good at. You switch weapons mid-combo, mix attack patterns and let the effects stack, and the game gives you room to work out your own rhythm.

Build your character

Experience goes into a skill tree with enough branches that different combinations genuinely play differently. Weapons carry their own special stats and can be customised on top.

Big things to hit

Between the ordinary enemies there are bosses on a scale the rest of the game keeps hinting at. The presentation goes very hard, and it holds up.
