There is no navigation UI. The writing and the level design carry the directions instead, which means what you find is genuinely yours rather than a marker you followed. It asks more of you and gives more back.

A sword and a drone

Swords, spears and axes forged specifically for these things are what work, backed by a drone that becomes a real part of how you fight. Learning each creature is the difference between winning and reloading.

The worst demons are people

The war is the backdrop and it is not the villain. The story goes into your own past and what the calamity has to do with it, and it does not let humanity off lightly.
