Hell has invaded Earth and the Slayer is the answer. Doom Eternal is more demanding than the 2016 game: enemies have weak points, resources run out, and standing still is death.

The combat loop

Chainsaw for ammo, glory kills for health, flame belch for armour. Once it clicks, every arena becomes a dance between the things you need and the things trying to kill you.

Movement

Double jumps, dashes, monkey bars and wall climbs. The levels are built vertically and the fights use every inch of them.

Standard Edition

The base campaign for PS4 and PS5, with the PS5 version running at up to 120fps. The Ancient Gods expansions are sold separately.
