The first game asked whether a broken country could be reconnected. This one asks whether it should have been.

Further out

The job takes Sam past the borders of the UCA into new territory, with a crew alongside him rather than the long silence of the first game. Humanity is still facing extinction and the deliveries still matter.

The world is still trying to stop you

Terrain, weather and things that should not exist all sit between you and where the cargo needs to be. Planning a route remains a real part of playing.

Should we have connected?

The story keeps returning to the cost of what Sam did last time. It is a Kojima game, so expect the credits to arrive later than you think and to have earned it.
